NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, in her capacity as one of the two heirs of Late Mr. Madhukant Premchand Jhaveri, has 50% share right title and interest in all the estate of the said Deceased including the properties listed in the Schedule hereunder. Mrs. Mallika Madhukant Jhaveri or Mr. Ketan Fatehchand Karani are likely to represent that either or both of them are the sole owner of the said properties. Any person dealing with Mrs. Mallika Madhukant Jhaveri and / or Mr. Ketan Fatehchand
Karani in respect of any of the said properties either by way of mortgage, gift, sale, lease, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement or otherwise howsoever shall be dealing at his / her own risk and any such transaction will be subject to the rights of the undersigned in the said properties, The undersigned hereby calls upon all persons to cease and desist from dealing with either of the said two persons in respect of any of the said properties without the prior written consent of the undersigned.
