Bruijn is an initiative taken by Nutty Nuts Private Limited (Mumbai, India), a sister company of Al Fustaq Foodstuff (Dubai, U.A.E.) which is still a major supplier of nuts to the Duty Frees in the Gulf. In 2009, Purshottam Kanchan, the owner, took the decision to extend the product line to chocolates and nuts under the luxury brand name of ‘Bruijn’. In this venture, our esteemed Swiss chef plays an important role in perfecting our chocolates using traditional and handmade Belgian recipes. The company, being already well-versed in the manufacturing of premium quality nuts, believes that bringing together a combination of the two calls for an irresistible and decadent indulgence.
