Steps to activate GPRS in your airtel mobile . . .


  • GPRS Activation SMS : Type GPRSACT & send it to 222
    • You will get confirmation massage of activation soon.
After Confirmation massage send new SMS for settings of GPRS
  • GPRS setting SMS : Type MO & send it to 2567
    • You will receive settings of GPRS service very soon. Save all the settings but (DON'T Discard it)

  • To Deactivate GPRS service
    • Type GPRSDEACT & send it to 222
    • Your GPRS service will deactivate very soon.

Note :
  1. To activate GPRS service in your mobile your mobile should have minimum 50 Rupees balance.
  2. Activation of GPRS service & GPRS setting may take time of 5 minutes to 24 hours after sending SMS for above services.
  3. You will be charged 15 Rupees/Day for of GPRS service.
  4. You can not DeActivate GPRS service in next 24 hours after Activation of Fresh GPRS service everytime.
